30 days returns service

Is the size not correct or is something else not living up to your expectations? We provide a full 30 days returns service, from the day you received the goods. This simply requires you to return the product in the same new condition as received. You are allowed to try the clothes on for size and fit, but keep the hangertag’s etc. attached, so you can return them as new.

Did you recieve the wrong items or was something damanged upon arrival?

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, which is within a maximum of 1 months after you have noticed the error/defect. But please return it as soon as you discover the error (preferably much earlier).

Was the item damaged during use?

As a customer you have 24-month warranty covering if the product breaks. This does however require that the product was not damaged due to wear and tear or incorrect use.

Returns procedure – IMPORTANT!

1. Send us an email via the contact form on our website, where you with a few lines describing the item you wish to return and why.

Processing time for returns

From we have received the product it will take up to 14 days for the returned money to appear on you bank statement.

Procedure

Returned amounts will be credited to the credit or debit card you used when you placed your order.

Who pays the returns shipping costs?

When making use of our returns policy you must pay the return freight. In the case of justified damaged item, we will refund your shipping costs associated with returning the item.
